Habitudes Privacy Policy is very simple
We do not sell, rent or share your contact information with anyone. Your household and personal information are just that...personal. Habitudes does not have access to your data. When you enter and save personal information on Habitudes documents it is encrypted and sent to private state-of-the-art servers in a remote location to ensure that no one but you has access.

The information we collect
When you join Habitudes, we ask for your name, address, e-mail address and phone number. We use this information to communicate with you when necessary, for responses, updates, and to facilitate the support, renewal and purchase of our home management software, products and services.

When you place an order, we ask for your name, credit card billing address, phone number, credit card verification code and expiration date. We use this information, protected by encryption, only to complete the transaction. We do not store your credit card information online or off.

Like most websites, Habitudes uses "cookies" to track site usage. Cookies allow us to collect non-personally identifiable information about our users. This, in turn, allows us to personalize your return visits and improve site-related services and features. Your browser must be set to accept cookies to enjoy the benefits of Habitudes membership.

For administrative purposes, Habitudes compiles lists of our users' IP addresses - the locations of their computers on the internet.

Sharing your username and password
One of the benefits of using Habitudes is the option to share a username and password with another adult member of your family, giving you both access to your household records. You are responsible for making sure that your username and password are known only to those individuals with whom you choose to share them. Should you suspect a breach of your username or password, report it immediately to security@habitudes.info. To change your username and/or password, go to Member Login.

E-mail
Habitudes uses e-mail to communicate with users for two purposes:

1) E-mail to our members for the purpose of delivering important information regarding Habitudes use, such as changes in terms, policies, products or membership status. Please note that members may not opt out of receiving e-mail for these purposes.

2) E-mail used for news and marketing, including HabiNews, our monthly newsletter. To opt out of this e-mail go to  Member Login, sign in, go to "edit profile" in "My Habitudes," and uncheck the box next to "Receive news of new products and special offers?"

Changes to the Privacy Policy
This policy may be modified in the future. Notice of all changes that materially affect ways in which your personally identifiable data may be used or shared will be posted in our Privacy Policy.
